The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used on separate occasions. Once it expires, the gift card will no longer be functional.

This printable gift card will be delivered via email. You can select whether it’s sent to the recipient’s email address or the email address of the person who placed the order.

Please notice, that this gift card is exclusively for on-site use at Flamingo Spa, MySense by Flamingo Spa, or at Funpark by Flamingo Spa. It cannot be used for online purchases. Please ensure you either print the gift card or have it available on your mobile screen upon arrival.

Cancellation policy

Flamingo Spa web store products have a 14-day right of return from the day the customer receives the order. The right of return does not apply to gift cards, admission tickets, events or promotional products. Cases of illness are considered separately.

Return, cancellation, and complaint requests must be made immediately by email to info@flamingospa.fi.
